Is there a free plan?

Yes. Asky has a Free plan that lets you build and publish surveys and collect responses. The Pro plan (€19/mo) unlocks higher limits and advanced features. You can start free and upgrade any time.

Will Asky slow down my store?

No. Surveys load asynchronously and only render after the page is interactive, so they never block your storefront or checkout. The embed script is lightweight and served from a fast CDN.

Do I need to write code?

Not at all. Asky uses a no-code editor — add questions, set targeting rules and publish. The only exception is a headless storefront, where you paste a single div and script tag. See the headless embed guide.

Which pages can show surveys?

Surveys can appear on the thank-you page, the order-status page, a standalone link (/s/<code>), Shopify POS, one-click email links (/oc/<code>/<answer>), and a headless embed for custom storefronts.

How do targeting rules work?

Targeting rules decide who sees a survey. Show or hide it based on conditions like product purchased, country, language, order value or customer status, so each shopper only gets relevant questions.

What question types are supported?

Asky supports NPS, CSAT, single choice, multiple choice, open text, yes/no and date questions. Mix question types within a single survey to capture both scores and verbatim feedback.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Every survey report has a CSV export. You can export all responses (including partial ones) or completed responses only, and exports respect any active date or channel filters.

How do NPS and CSAT scores work?

NPS groups answers into Promoters (9–10), Passives (7–8) and Detractors (0–6); the score is %Promoters minus %Detractors, from −100 to +100. CSAT is the average satisfaction rating. Both are calculated automatically. See viewing responses.

Is customer data handled in line with GDPR?

Yes. Asky only stores the survey answers and the metadata needed for analytics, and it honours Shopify's data-handling and customer-redaction webhooks. Contact us if you need a data processing agreement.
